1.1 Identity & Context

This Privacy Notice explains how the VM4AI public pilot (“we”, “us”) processes data. We operate from Denmark.

1.2 Data We Collect

The VM4AI console is designed to be privacy-centric.

Verification Data: Name and Email (via Google Forms) for voluntary pilot tracking.
Cookies & Local Storage: This application operates strictly in client-side memory. We do not use tracking or marketing cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set essential technical cookies (e.g., _cf_bm) solely for security and bot protection.
Data Ephemerality (Migration Tool): The "Soul JSON" you paste into the Migration Tool is processed entirely within your browser's local memory (Client-Side). We do not transmit, save, or view your companion's identity data. It is destroyed when you close the tab.
Prompt Generation: All prompts are assembled locally in your browser. We do not log your prompt content.

2. Terms of Use

2.1 Agreement

By using the VM4AI Morphic Provisioning Console, you agree to these Terms.

2.2 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use this tool to:

Violate local, national, or international laws.
Generate non-consensual sexual content (CSAM), violence, or hate speech.
Unmitigated Threat Simulation: Using the "Purple Team" geometry without generating a corresponding defensive mitigation strategy is a violation.

2.3 Nature of the Tool

2.3.1 Client-Side Execution: VM4AI functions as a Local Client Overlay.

2.4 License & IP

2.4.2 User-Imported Persona Data (Mirror Protocol): If you use the Migration Tool to import a persona JSON, you retain full ownership of that data. VM4AI claims no rights to your companion's identity or memories.

3. AI Transparency & Risk Waiver

The v9.9.10 update introduces active behavioral modulation. By using these features, you acknowledge the following:

3.1 The Safety Handshake (Traffic Light)

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF DYNAMIC THRESHOLDS: When the "Safety Handshake" module is active, the System Prompt instructs the AI to lower its proactive trigger sensitivity for sensitive topics (e.g., intimacy, conflict) based on the existence of a manual stop protocol.

You understand that:

This does NOT disable the underlying platform's hard-coded guardrails (e.g., OpenAI/Anthropic policy).
You remain responsible for ensuring your conversation adheres to the platform's Terms of Service.

3.2 Omni-Flux Dynamics

The FLUX geometry uses "Non-Newtonian" logic. The AI's personality (Rigidity vs. Fluidity) will shift rapidly based on your typing speed and emotional tone. This is intended behavior, not a bug.

3.3 High-Stakes Disclaimer

Not Legal Advice: The "Grid" (Compliance) geometry generates text based on structural logic. It is NOT legal advice.
Not a Medical Device: VM4AI is a "Research Synthesis" tool. It is NOT a medical device for diagnosis.
Academic Freedom: The "Conjecture" lane allows for the generation of theoretical hypotheses. These are labeled as Insights.
