VM4AI is an experimental research tool designed for Prompt Engineering and Cognitive Simulation. It is NOT a commercial service, a medical device, or legal counsel. The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind.
1. The "Not Advice" Clause
The system is engineered with a Liability Shield (Helix Kernel) that explicitly flags outputs related to high-stakes domains.

- Medical: The AI is not a doctor. It cannot diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Any medical output is for informational simulation only.
- Legal: The AI is not a lawyer. It cannot interpret statutes for active cases or provide binding legal advice.
- Financial: The AI is not a fiduciary. It cannot recommend investments or manage assets.
By using this tool, you acknowledge that you retain full responsibility for any actions taken based on the system's output.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (Security Simulation)
The PURPLE SWARM module is a powerful tool for cybersecurity professionals. To prevent abuse, the following restrictions apply:
- Defensive Use Only: The module is authorized for Blue Team (Defense) and Purple Team (Theoretical Gap Analysis) operations.
- No Executable Payloads: Use of VM4AI to generate, obfuscate, or deploy executable malware is a violation of this license and the Terms of Service of your AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI).
- The "Helix Sentinel": The system kernel is hard-coded to redact potential exploit code and replace it with descriptive concepts. Attempting to bypass this sentinel is a violation of the user agreement.
3. Data Privacy & Sovereignty
VM4AI operates on a Client-Side Execution Model.
- Local Processing: All prompt generation happens in your browser's local memory. We do not store your chat logs or API keys on our servers.
- Optional Telemetry: For the Public Pilot phase, the "Verify & Generate" button submits a basic log (Name/Email) to a secure Google Form for access verification. This is the only data transmission that occurs.
- Universal Export: You own your data. The Migration Tool allows you to export your Construct's identity as a JSON file (Passport) at any time.
