Put AIR to work on a real project.

The framework is open. VM4AI also works directly with teams and builders who want help setting up the working model, adapting it to their domain, recovering difficult project state, or using AIR on sustained delivery work.

Ways to work together

Start with the outcome.

The engagement should solve a project problem first. AIR terminology comes second.

Setup

Turn a real project into an AIR working environment.

Define the project contract, source hierarchy, approval boundaries, evidence posture, continuity needs, and task structure so the team can use AIR without inventing its operating model as they go.

  • project and responsibility framing
  • source and evidence boundaries
  • handoff and continuity setup
Enablement

Make the team fluent in the workflow.

Hands-on sessions using your own work rather than generic demos: onboarding, task binding, review gates, evidence handling, Handoff, recovery, and when not to use AIR.

  • practical team workshops
  • real-project exercises
  • repeatable operating patterns
Custom capability

Adapt AIR to your field or recurring work.

Design bounded specialist, domain, method, or executor packages when a recurring task needs stable terminology, procedures, constraints, evidence expectations, or callable operations.

  • task-fit capability design
  • domain-specific constraints
  • package validation and documentation
Project recovery

Reconstruct work that has lost its center.

Untangle conflicting notes, stale summaries, partial outputs, session loss, or unclear decision state and rebuild an explicit current contract before more work is generated.

  • current-vs-stale state separation
  • decision and evidence reconstruction
  • clean continuation point
Delivery support

Use AIR alongside the project, not just around it.

For suitable engagements, VM4AI can help run sustained research, software, documentation, positioning, analysis, or mixed-discipline work under the AIR framework with explicit review and handoff state.

  • scoped project execution
  • visible review boundaries
  • continuity across sessions
Ongoing support

Keep the working model healthy as the project changes.

Support arrangements can be scoped for teams that depend on AIR and need help with updates, compatibility issues, package changes, workflow questions, or recurring review. Response expectations are agreed per engagement rather than implied as a universal SLA.

  • framework and workflow support
  • compatibility and migration help
  • engagement-specific response terms
Commercial boundary

Open-source AIR and paid VM4AI work are separate things. A service engagement does not make AIR proprietary, and custom deliverables, licensing, confidentiality, support terms, or ownership are agreed explicitly for the engagement rather than assumed from this page.

Tell me what you are trying to get done.

Describe the project, the gap, and where the current workflow is failing. We can work out whether AIR—and which kind of engagement—actually fits.
